🌱About returns and exchanges🌱
Products are shipped directly after purchase in Japan. International express shipping is quite expensive. Customers are advised not to exercise their right to return or exchange products due to personal factors. This will consume a lot of social resources. If you need to return or exchange goods, you must maintain the integrity of the product (including the original complete box of the product). We can accept your return or exchange if you respond to us within 7 days after arrival.
Especially when the following situations occur, Rihe Preferred will fully assist you in returning or exchanging goods.
🔖When the wrong product or color is sent.
🔖The product was damaged during shipping.
🔖When the product itself has obvious defects.
❌Hygiene products such as razors, underwear and products that need to be used close to the body, etc., once opened, cannot be returned/exchanged unless they are defective❌
